Delivery issues
- - Order placed Jan 30, 2026 with MandM; goods not delivered by carrier and customer service is uncontactable; full refund if the order isn't fulfilled.
I bought some goods from MandM and it has not yet been delivered by their carrier. I have done all my possible best to contact them, but it has been abortive because there is no contact for their customer service.
I need my full refund if they can't provide my order.
Date of the order: 30th of Jan 2026. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them.

Misplaced order
- - Parcel delivered to dad at HMP Fosse Way with authorisation; image shows it on curb, not handed to reception, and contact attempts got no response.
i had made an order to be delivered to my dad who is currently in prison at hmp fosse way, i was given authorisation to have this delivered to him from the prison, i received an image to show the parcel being delivered but wa son a main road up a curb instead of being handed into reception at the prison like it usual is meant to be , i have tried to contact you multiple times to try and resolve this issue and have had to no response regarding this issue,

Reference Order Number: 24885****. I was notified by Inpost that the items returned to MandM Direct is on its way back to me.
I used the Inpost QR Code
830 67* *** sent to me to drop off the parcel on 7th March.
Please advise how to rectify this matter as dont know where the parcel is at the moment.

Appalling customer service
My parcel was not delivered, so I tried to contact MandM Direct which was very difficult seeing as they only have chat bots through their website to chat to. They later said that the parcel had been delivered, when it still had not.
Ive not been able to get a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY
