I bought some goods from MandM and it has not yet been delivered by their carrier. I have done all my possible best to contact them, but it has been abortive because there is no contact for their customer service.

I need my full refund if they can't provide my order.

Date of the order: 30th of Jan 2026. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them.

Appalling customer service

My parcel was not delivered, so I tried to contact MandM Direct which was very difficult seeing as they only have chat bots through their website to chat to. They later said that the parcel had been delivered, when it still had not.

Ive not been able to get a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY
